I have been loyal to metromart for 3 years. Unfortunately I have experienced "service mediocrity" and an "appalling" customer support. I have transferred to PushKart.ph and Lozada.
USERS BEWARE. READ THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS!!! Wasted money and time. Shoppers fee not worth it since theyre just gonna deliver a different item. Theyre going to charge your card and will take forever for the refund. No proper documentation!!! Better go straight to the merchant. I DONT RECOMMEND USING THIS APP!!!

Why the delivery guy asks for delivery charge of 249 pesos if I avail the free delivery offer at Robinsons Supermarket?! I don’t get it.
